 We have 2 shipping options for our INTERNATIONAL Markets: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Caribbean Netherlands, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Falkland Islands, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Kiribati, Martinque, Mexico, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Island, Norway, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Pitcairn Islands, Sint Maarten, Samoa, Solomon Islands. What are our shipping fees:
We offer several options for customers to choose for shipping at their expense all fees and taxes will be calculated at checkout base on your order and location being shipped.Â
How long does it take to process an order?
We process orders made before 2pm EST within 48hrs of the day ordered.Â
Orders made after 2pm EST will be processed 48hrs from the next business day. (Example: Order place on Monday at 4:00pm EST. Processing time will start on Tues within 48 hrs.)
Orders place on Friday after 2pm and orders placed Sat or Sun will be processed the next business day (Mon) within 48 hrs.
Where is my order?
If it has been 10 business days from the date of order, please email us so we can investigate the issue. We respond within 48 hours EST. (We do not count weekends as a business day for shipping.)
